This stunning 2022 Parade Home is a Modern farmhouse with traditional trendy interiors.

Our clients were newly engaged and approached us intending to build their first and potentially last home together. We consulted with them to determine the right lot choice based on their long-term goals. There good friend who was an architect in Baton Rouge was chosen to design the plans. We helped them and the architect design the home to suit their goals with intentional thought as to how they live their lives.

This home took place during the pandemic aftermath which proved to include unforeseen obstacles. With over communication and meticulous planning, we were able to complete this home just in time for the 2022 Parade Of Homes.

It is located near Sugar Mill Pond in Youngsville.
