To say that we had some anxiety never having built a house before and not to mention in the time of COVID would be an understatement. Ryan was so great though and walked us through every step of the way. When Chad came on board with Provence Homes, he was also terrific and great with communication. When I thought I might hate our master shower, Ryan told me to trust the process but also got us quotes to change the shower if we really hated it. Guess what?! I now love my shower and everything about our dream home. We were featured in the 2022 Parade of Homes which was such an honor. I would absolutely recommend Provence Homes, and I know that we’ll love and treasure our home for years to come!

Building a custom home is a big undertaking.
All my wife and I heard were horror stories about the construction process and the fractured builder relationship. From selecting Ryan Baldridge to build our home to move in day was a joyful experience (we want to do it again!). I cannot stress enough how Ryan treated building our custom home as his personal home. He pays attention to details, communicated very effectively on how to save money, and kept our focus on the vision so we built what we started out to accomplish. Provence Homes did an absolutely amazing job on our renovation/addition over the past 7 months. They are not your typical contractor that you hear horror stories about and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to do any type of renovation, addition, or new build. They were extremely easy to work with, always present, easy to communicate with, organized, and detailed. Above all that, it is important that you can trust your contractor to do what's in your best interest and Ryan and Chad left no doubt with regards to that.

From the beginning of our project we were nervous to get started as we had heard horror stories, we were in the middle of a pandemic with material shortages, and we were living in a rental and needed it completed as quickly as possible. Working with Ryan helped ease our anxiety about all of these things. You could tell how much he really cared about getting everything right. My husband and I are also perfectionist and we knew we would probably be tough clients to have and Ryan handled it beautifully. We had a few stressful moments and Ryan was always available to answer any questions we had. He got a full renovation done in 6 months which we are now learning is quite the accomplishment. There were only a handful of days where no progress was made. We go with him as our builder again in a heartbeat!

Professional, personal, precise, and perfection are the words we’d use to describe Provence Homes. We are delighted with our custom home built from the ground up with Ryan & Chad. “With” is the key word. We were included on every decision, communicated with during every aspect of the build, and they demanded the best from their subcontractors on site. Their scheduling was spot on, for example, subs working daily, staying on the time line as projected, and was present at the site almost every day checking on the progress and the quality of workmanship. Their app made it easy to keep up with the schedule, changes, payments, invoices, running totals, etc. They truly made us feel like we were their priority every step of the way and built a quality home that exceeds our expectations.
